  • Usage & Ad Interactions: We track user interactions within the Ephiko Hub, search queries, and engagement with our internal promotional posters and third-party advertisements. This helps us display relevant content and improve platform performance.
  • Payment Data: We do not store sensitive card details or UPI PINs. All payments are processed securely through our payment partner Razorpay, which handles full PCI-DSS compliance.

2. Ephiko Hub Public Data & Content

EPHIKO features a unique public community platform known as 'Ephiko Hub'.

Public Visibility Warning: Information you voluntarily disclose in posts, comments, requirements, or discussions on the Ephiko Hub is publicly viewable and searchable by other users.

We encourage responsible sharing of business queries and offers. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public posts. Note: We do not control how other users or third parties copy, use, or share the information you choose to make public on the Hub.

  • Create and manage your Business Profile and User Account.
  • Facilitate direct communication between Customers and Business Owners.
  • Display relevant advertisements and promotional posters.
  • Send transaction updates, invoices, and service activation notifications.
