Welcome to EPHIKO. By accessing or using our website, mobile application ("App"), and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

1. Platform Description & Nature of Service

EPHIKO operates as a dual-function digital platform:

1. Business Directory: A search engine connecting users with local service providers and businesses.
2. Ephiko Hub: A social community forum for direct interaction.

Intermediary Role: We act solely as an intermediary connecting Customers with Business Owners. EPHIKO is not a party to any service transactions, payments, or agreements made directly between users.

2. Promotions & Advertisements

To foster engagement and support business growth, EPHIKO employs various promotional strategies:

• In-Platform Promotion: We actively promote listed businesses within our platform using digital posters, banners, and featured sections to increase visibility to potential customers.
• Third-Party Ads: We may display advertisements for third-party platforms, tools, or services that we believe create value for our Business Owners and Customers. EPHIKO is not responsible for the meaningfulness, accuracy, or quality of services provided by these external third parties.

3. Ephiko Hub Community Guidelines

The 'Ephiko Hub' is a space for professional community interaction.

• Free Access: All users may freely view and participate in general community discussions.
• Paid Privilege: Posting commercial offers, detailed business requirements, or B2B requests is a feature restricted to Premium and Ultimate users.

Strict Prohibitions: You agree NOT to post spam, hate speech, harassment, misleading information, or any illegal content. EPHIKO reserves the right to immediately ban any user violating these standards without prior notice.

4. User Responsibilities

Business Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and truthfulness of the information provided in their listings and Hub posts. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to use any images or content you upload.

5. Payments & Digital Services

EPHIKO offers purely digital services (e.g., Verified Listings, Rank Boosts, Ad Space). Payments for these premium services are processed securely via Razorpay. Access to premium features is granted subject to successful payment confirmation.

6. Limitation of Liability

EPHIKO does not guarantee the quality, pricing, or safety of services offered by businesses listed on our platform. Any interaction is at your own risk. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.
