This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all digital purchases made on EPHIKO. As a platform offering intangible digital services, we have a strict policy to ensure fairness and transparency.
All services offered on EPHIKO are 100% Digital. These include:
Important: We do NOT sell or ship any physical goods. All value is provided through digital access and platform features.
Subscription Renewal: You may cancel the renewal of any recurring usage or subscription at any time via your Dashboard Settings or by contacting support. This will stop future billing.
Current Period: Cancellation does not generate a refund for the currently active billing period, as the digital service has already been provisioned for that duration.
Due to the immediate nature of digital service activation (e.g., your business gets instant "Verified" status or "Top Rank" visibility upon payment), ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We generally do not offer refunds for "change of mind" or "accidental purchases" once the service benefits have been activated.
