This Service Delivery Policy outlines how "Delivery" works for the digital services purchased on
EPHIKO.
1. No Physical Shipping
EPHIKO creates and hosts digital assets (Listings, Ads, Profiles). We do NOT utilize any physical
shipping or logistics services. No physical product will be mailed to your address.
2. Service Activation Timelines
We strive for instant gratification. Here is when you can expect your services to go live:
- Free Business Listings: Activated immediately after profile creation.
- Ephiko Hub Posts: Published instantly to the community feed.
- Premium Plans (Standard/Premium/Elite): Services such as Verified Badges, Rank Boosts,
and Tags are activated INSTANTLY upon successful payment confirmation from our gateway
partner (Razorpay).
- Promotional Ads & Banners: Due to a quick manual review for policy compliance (to
ensure no prohibited content), Ads typically go live within 1-2 hours of payment during
business hours.
3. Confirmation of Delivery
Upon successful activation of your service, you will receive:
- An Instant Notification on your Dashboard / App Screen.
- A Confirmation Email/SMS sent to your registered contact details.
4. Support for Delays
If you have made a payment but do not see the service activated within the timelines mentioned above, please
check your network connection or contact us immediately.
